About Us

Fresh Starts. Pure Hope. Amazing Grace!

In 2021, Branch15 saw major growth! We added two new staff positions, taking us to the next level in operations and ambassadorship.  We look forward to growing by scalability, replication of programming, and by assisting other communities across the US in growing for greater kingdom impact.

Our Team

Stefannie Powell, Executive Director

Stefannie gets to be the Executive Director of Branch15 and has been on  staff since October 1, 2015. She grew up in Haworth, Oklahoma where she  graduated high school. After many years of starting, stopping, slowing  down, and speeding up, she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in  Psychology and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University. Her desire is  to return at some point, and finish her Master’s in Psychology.

Stefannie’s deepest desire is that every woman who enters Branch15 will experience fresh starts, pure hope, and amazing grace. She wants every woman to know her voice and purpose given by God; to be walking out in confidence the journey Christ died for and laid before her.

When not serving at Branch15, Stefannie enjoys scrapbooking, reading, traveling, and playing with her grandson.

Terri Gordineer, Program Director

Terri Gordineer is the Program Director at Branch15 and is also a Branch15 Alumni. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She oversees all programming for both our Individual Care and GenHope Programs, and leads all of our program staff.

Kristy Gile, Central Area Manager, COK

Kristy hails from the great state of Texas and bleeds red, white and blue and all things Lone Star. She came to the Branch in November 2020 as our Administrative Assistant in a way that only the Lord could orchestrate. She is currently serving as our GenHope Program Manager at the Hope House in Bethany.

She has a heart and a passion to teach girls to find their voices in this world and a passion for kids ministry. While she always thought this would play out in a church setting, the Lord has plans that are way better than anything we could imagine and has blessed her to help the mommas of our GenHope program find their voices in the world and hang out with their kids.

Kristy has been married to her husband, Curtis, since 1994 and they are part-time empty nesters with two almost grown children. She is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Ministries at Mid-America Christian University.

Tammy Thomas, Eastern Area Manager, EOK

Tammy Thomas has always had a heart for the underdog and working in the nonprofit world. After years of volunteering her time to women in domestic violence, and encouraging women in the health and fitness realm, she discovered the ultimate
underdog lived in her home in the form of addiction.
As a wife of a recovering addict, a mother of two amazing teens, and a non-addict in recovery herself, she is using the tools she’s learned to help others. She uses her time, education, and experience as a platform to break the stigma of this growing and misunderstood disease. Tammy is a Communications graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma, a certified group fitness instructor, and a certified behavioral change coach. She resides in Owasso, where she also graduated from. In her spare time she enjoys summer, spending time outside, traveling and being at the beach. She’s a soccer and drumline mom and a golden retriever mom to Harley and Lola.

Bobbie Barnett, Western Area Manager, WOK

Bobbie Barnett is the Western Area Manager at Branch15. – “I was that woman in transition. I was looking for a way to do something different when I came to Branch15 upon release from prison. As a B15 client, I worked for ODMHSAS at Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unit (OCRU) as a Recovery Support Specialist.  I am now a SITG (Stand in the Gap) and Branch15 graduate and I am a full-time program manager. On my healing journey, God showed me that I was called to be his vessel. By living from my true identity in Jesus Christ, I’m privileged to guide and advocate for that next woman in transition.”
