Aaron Compton is married and the father of three young men and two bonus sons. He has his private pilot’s license and is an aviation enthusiast. As a kid, Aaron grew up baling hay in the hot summers of southeastern Oklahoma and competing in junior national Tae Kwon Do tournaments. Right out of high school, Aaron joined the Air Force and served as a firefighter and E.M.T in Southern California.
Mr. Compton earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008. Aaron is a trial lawyer who practices in the areas of child custody, bankruptcy, real estate and construction. Mr. Compton is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in all district courts in Oklahoma, the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, the U.S. Western District Court of Oklahoma, the U.S. Eastern District Court of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Choctaw Nation Federal Court and in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Aaron began volunteering with Branch 15 several years ago. He helps reunite Branch 15 clients with their children. Aaron has observed the harshness of the legal system and has watched domestic violence, addiction and trafficking issues destroy families. Aaron believes in the ministry of Branch 15 because he has watched the powerful and lasting transformation of Branch15 clients and has seen that Branch 15 is frugal and responsible with the human and financial assets it oversees
